But, who will help prevent the backs of small businesses from breaking as they carry this load? The answer - The Small Business Protection Agency The Small Business Protection Agency is a network of professionals with expertise in finance, insurance, taxes, legal, human resources, OSHA, EPA, ADA, DOT, and much more. We are assembled together to protect the interest and serve the growing needs of the small business community as they try to navigate the dangerous mine fields of regulatory information. The Small Business Protection Agency was created to protect small business owners and their businesses from mis-information, poor information, bad information and flat-out wrong information. Our network of professionals are experienced experts in their fields, but they know how to communicate what is needed for small businesses to successfully navigate and comply with applicable government regulations. OUR MISSION: We strive to deliver user-friendly resources and customized services to help small businesses position themselves to take advantage of The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act) that was signed into law by President Obama on February 17th, 2009. The Recovery Act includes important measures to modernize our nation's infrastructure. This modernization will undoubtedly create opportunities for small businesses to grow and create jobs that President Obama believes will jumpstart our economy.
